Request Berner-Garde Personal User Account
Please complete the form below to request a personal user account to access the Berner-Garde Database.
Personal user accounts are available to individuals with a People record in the database and at least one Bernese Mountain Dog owned.
You will need to create a User ID that is unique in the system. You can use your email address, name, or something else.
After your request is approved, you will receive an email with a link to to create your password.
